We understand your time is valuable. We make it easy to receive thorough, but concise, answers to frequently asked questions. If there are questions still left unanswered, please ask! The more specific your question is, the better we are able to target the response you are looking for. If you need clarification, please let us know. Your questions will be answered to our best ability.

Do you have questions about our products?  # 1 :   "Can you tell me about the Condition of the Products you sell?"

Items we sell are absolutely authentic, first-quality {as noted (NEW), new with tags (NWT), new without tags (NWOT), or new in box (NIB)}, are not used, not from an outlet, and not marked as seconds, unless specifically indicated otherwise. Any applicable worksmanship warranties or product durability guarantees are strictly between bidder and product manufacturer.


Do you have questions about our products?  # 2 :   "I would like to save. How is Combined Shipping calculated?"

Combined S&H rates are available for multiple purchases shipping together! Calculated using instructions below.
Step 1) Decide which items to purchase. Next, select an available shipping method for your region from the rate box below.
Step 2) Determine your "base rate". The item with the highest quoted S&H for the shipping method selected is your base rate.
Step 3) For each additional item, add 50% of that item's quoted S&H rate to the base rate. This is your new S&H rate total.

For example : Assume you purchase three items and select a shipment type from the rate box below an items description text (bottom of listings). Assume S&H rates are $8.00 on item #1, $5.00 on #2, $4.00 on #3.  To calculate total S&H rate, apply the base rate ($8.00), plus 50% of quoted rate for item #2 ($2.50), plus 50% of quoted rate for item #3 ($2.00). Total would = $12.50. When calculating shipping rates, always use the same shipment method. Do not mix methods or your order will be incomplete!


Do you have questions about global shipping methods?  # 3 :   "If I live WITHIN the US, how much is Shipping & Handling (S&H)?"

  • S&H Rates for Lower 48 US states are shown in the S&H Rate Box. Rates may differ for AK, HI, APO, FPO, & Territories.
  • For domestic US shipments, we use the US Postal Service (USPS), DHL, & FedEx. 3rd-party account #'s are not permitted.
  • All shipments are insured via a private insurance carrier, for full contents value (some limited exceptions).
  • Real-time tracking of current location and expected delivery date may be available (depends upon method selected). All US shipments are assigned delivery confirmation #s.
  • When offered, "Standard Flat Rate" refers to First-Class, Priority, or Ground services  (we make the selection).
  • When offered, "UPS 2nd-Day Air" refers to Guaranteed 2nd-Day Air services (from date of shipment). Service will likely be rendered by DHL or FedEx. Our intent is to clearly offer "2nd-Day Air" service, rather than infer that transit is via UPS per se.
  • When offered, "Expedited" refers to Guaranteed Next Day, Overnight Express services (from date of shipment).
  • If "Expedited" is not listed as a shipping option on the item page, please inquire. We are happy to provide rate quotes for this service type.
  • Shipment Notification is made via e-mail. (some ISPs may use spam filters that misfile or delete such messages. If using multiple e-mail addresses to complete this transaction, confirmation will not neccessarily be sent to all of them).


  • Do you have questions about global shipping methods?  # 4 :   "If I live OUTSIDE the US, how much is Shipping & Handling (S&H)?"
  • We use the US Postal Service (USPS) to mail international packages. (Anywhere! Everywhere!)
  • S&H Rates for INTERNATIONAL destinations are seperately shown in the S&H Rate Box at bottom of listings. Certain services are not available to all destinations. For example, a list of countries accepting Global Priority Mail (GPM) is shown here. Some also limit GPM delivery to certain cities only.
  • S&H Rates for CANADA and MEXICO, via Airmail, are seperately noted on the shipping rate box of each item page. If rates for service via Global Priority Mail (GPM) to Canada or Mexico are needed, please inquire. Rates may differ from those shown for GPM service to other international destinations.
  • If "Global Express" is not listed as a shipping option on the item page, please inquire. We are happy to provide rate quotes for this service type.
  • Delivery dates are not available. Unless Global Express is selected, real-time tracking of current location is also unavailable.
  • All shipments are insured via a private insurance carrier, for full contents value (some limited exceptions).
  • Shipment Notification is made via e-mail. (some ISPs may use spam filters that misfile or delete such messages. If using multiple e-mail addresses to complete this transaction, confirmation will not neccessarily be sent to all of them).
  • Import duties, taxes, etc, if applicable, are imposed by foreign governments & are buyers responsibility. Estimates of what charges will apply, if any, are unavailable. We abide by federal law & will not falsify values on customs documentation.


  • Do you have questions about shipping insurance?  # 5 :   "For the safety of my purchase, how may I add Shipping Insurance?"

    SHIPPING INSURANCE for the full value of your shipment is automatically provided as part of S&H rates for all shipments. We responsibly contract with a trusted and properly-bonded 3rd-party insurance agent that requires exterior packaging and labels to be left completely free of insurance markings. More information about how shipping insurance works is available upon request.


    Do you have questions about payment responsibilities?  # 6 :  "What are my Responsibilties after I have made a purchase?"
  • PURCHASES ARE LEGALLY-BINDING! Invoices are sent shortly after an item's bidding period ends.
  • Customers making additional purchases must inform us so we can combine invoices and prepare.
  • YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN (2) DAYS from date of first Invoice.
  • Please include full Name (avoid abbreviations), Payment Method, and Shipping Address and Phone Number.
  • Also disclose details such as, are the item(s) being sent to a Business? Is there a suite #? An Apartment or dormitory? Is there a unit #?
  • PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN (7) DAYS! Late or incomplete payment will jeopardize sale.
  • Please include Item #'s and Item Titles (or a copy of the Invoice) along with payment.
  • FLORIDA (FL) RESIDENTS must add 7.0% sales tax to item total (required by FL Dept. of Revenue).


  • Do you have questions about payment methods?  # 7 :  "Which available Payments Methods may I use?"

     Buyer must reply to invoice within (2) days. Payment must be received within (7) days!
     Florida (FL) residents must add 7.0% sales tax.

    Do you have questions about payment methods?  # 8 :  "What are the terms of your Return & Exchange Policy?"
    Returns and exchanges, initiated by request within seven days of receipt, require advance approval. We reserve the right to refuse any request or return not to our satisfaction. Exchanges are strictly subject to current availability. Replacement(s) are sent after exchangeable item(s) are received, and upon presentment of new S&H rate. Cash or cash equivalent refunds are not available. Refund denomination issued as online store credit only, less a 15% restocking fee, and valid for a period not exceeding six months from date of issue. Unused value subject to expiration. Credit issued after the item(s) being returned are physically received. All item(s) must be received within seven days of approval, and should be sent trackable, insured, or both. You must inform us when shipment is en route. Unless incorrect item was received, neither original, nor return shipping can be refunded or credited. All items for return or exchange must be in the same condition purchased; unworn, unused, all tags still attached. Returns not accepted from smoking homes, and not available to international customers.
